These Terms and Conditions are irrevocably binding on each Viewer who voluntarily participate in the Voting Mechanism. The Terms and Conditions of and in relation to the Voting Mechanism as stated herein, are an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 (РІР‚СљActРІР‚Сњ) and rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008.
